No long distance without first entering credit card number or calling cardnumber

When reserving a home, we ask for a 1 night deposit, 2 nights for a stay of 4 nights or more. Balance due 30 days prior to stay. We have a refundable security deposit of $200.00. We also charge a $60 cleaning fee.

Because of the local residents as well as the other guests in the area, please be courteous to your neighbors. Keep noise level down and activities indoors after 10 p.m. In the event there were ever any excessive noise or disruptive behavior, you will be asked to leave the premises without refund. Please obey parking restrictions. If you have more vehicles coming than what is allowed, please call us immediately and we will help find accommodations.

Please treat our home with the utmost respect during your stay. If you notice anything not working, out of order or broken, please contact Mike or Sarah ASAP! Please follow proper procedures during your stay and at time of departure. If you do not, it's possible you could lose your security deposit. Thanks in advance!
